We cannot pull your credit until we have received an application fee or a prequal fee and we have your signature authorizing pulling credit.

Residential Property - Texas Only.
Commercial Property - 48 States.

Fees

Appraisals are not ordered until the Appraisal/Application fee has been received.

Insurance is not bound until payment sent.

Discounts

We offer a 20% discount to all THSC Members on all client broker fees. This saves you 20% on the broker fee and origination fee. This does not apply to 3rd party fees such as appraisal credit report, lender fee, etc. To claim your discount, just send us a copy of your check to THSC for membership or a copy of the THSC membership cards.
